On Sunday 24th May we celebrated the feast of Pentecost. We remembered that after the ascension, as the disciples were gathered together in the upper room, the Holy Spirit descended upon them as tongues of fire. Filled with the spirit, they were able to go out and carry the good news to every corner of the world. Today we feature some books on the Holy Spirit, on unity and grace, and the Holy Father’s encyclical Dilexi Te which tells of the overpowering love of God for all of us.
