Holy Communion of the Sick: A Participation Aid for Lay Ministers

This booklet contains two rites for the communion of the sick:

• The first is to be used in normal circumstances, in the homes of the sick with, where possible, their families and friends gathered around them.
• The second is for use in hospitals and institutions where there are many communicants to visit and there is little time for each visit.
