Directory for Lay Catechists

The Directory for Lay Catechists contains norms and directives regarding the identity, formation, and role of lay catechists in view of the ministry that is to be entrusted to them.  It will help Bishops, priests and directors of catechetics initiate a proper selection of Lay Catechists and their adequate formation, as well as define their specific role in the parishes.
